Estimates, not quotes

All prices and calculator outputs on CostLoft are planning estimates compiled from published cost guides. They are not quotes and carry no warranty of accuracy for any specific project. Always confirm pricing with on-site quotes from licensed contractors before signing a contract.

Contractor referrals

When you request quotes, we forward your project details to contractors or matching partners. We do not perform background checks, license verification or quality endorsements of any contractor — vet them yourself (license number, insurance, references) as you would anywhere.

Limitation of liability

CostLoft is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on estimates published here.
